Flexibility to Learn & Grow

Shift Premiums
• Evening shift premium – additional $3.00 per hour between 1900hr-0700hr
• Weekend shift premium – additional $2.00 per hour between 2400hr (midnight) Friday – 2400hr (midnight) Sunday
Vacation Entitlement
• Graduated entitlement starting at 3 weeks per year.
• 13 Statutory Holiday Days recognized per year.
• 1 paid Wellness Day per year.
