Do you want to help lead an accredited, world-class organization that has been a touchstone for families in the Okanagan for more than 50 years?
The Bridge Youth & Family Services is committed to diversity, is an equal opportunity employer and is led by a volunteer Board of Directors whose role is to govern the Society as it works to transform lives and build community.
Serving on our Board is an enriching and rewarding opportunity to give back, build connections, gain new perspectives and sharpen your leadership skills!
Applications are welcome from anyone interested in helping to build a resilient, healthier community. Previous Board experience, a strong business acumen, or a background in fund development and philanthropy would be considered assets, but a willingness to learn and work cohesively in a small team environment are equally important attributes. If you have had personal experience with any of our programs and would be interested to join a governance Board we would also encourage you to submit an application.
For more information about The Bridge Youth & Family services we invite you to click here to read our latest Annual Report. Currently we are focused on a Capital Campaign to raise funds for a purpose-built, nature-based facility for youth struggling with addiction.
