Support Services at Enterprise: Who We Are & What We Do 

 

You might not always see us on the frontlines, but at Enterprise Way, we’re the team behind the scenes keeping things running across The Bridge. Think of us like the cogs in a big, busy machine—each one doing our part to make sure programs and services have what they need, when they need it. 

 

Here’s a quick intro to who we are: 

  • HR: We’re here for all the people stuff—hiring, benefits, workplace safety, and making The Bridge a great place to work.
  • Finance: Payroll, budgets, invoices—we make sure every dollar is in the right place so our programs stay strong.
  • Community Engagement: Storytellers and relationship builders—connecting with donors, planning events, and sharing the amazing work happening here.
  • CQI: We track how we’re doing, what’s working, and where we can improve. Standards, outcomes, feedback—that’s our world.
  • Maintenance & Facilities: If something needs fixing, cleaning, or just a little love—we’re on it. We keep spaces safe and ready.
  • Learning & Development: We help everyone keep learning and growing—training, certifications, you name it.
  • Admin: Scheduling, supplies, phones, front desks—you’ve seen us! We keep the day-to-day details moving.

 

Why It Matters 

 

We’re one big team working together so that our program staff can focus on helping participants. Whether it's fixing a broken door, updating a policy, processing payroll, or ordering coffee—we believe it all matters. 

 

At Enterprise, we support each other, pitch in where needed, and (when we can) have a little fun while doing it. Because every cog in the wheel plays a role in making this place great—and we’re proud to be part of the movement.
