For over three decades, Donna has been an integral part of The Bridge community, leaving an indelible mark on both the organization and the lives of those it serves. Her journey began in 1991 when she joined the Behaviour Consultation program, drawn to The Bridge by a recommendation from a Residential Care colleague after leaving School District #23. Little did she know, this step would lead to a fulfilling and impactful career spanning various programs and roles within the agency.
